What we collect
Only what you give us: your name, email address and message when you use a contact form, or your email address when you subscribe to our newsletter. We also process basic, aggregated traffic data to understand how the site is used.
Why we use it
To answer your enquiry, to send the newsletter you asked for, and to keep the site secure and working. We do not sell your data and we do not use it for profiling or advertising.
Newsletter and consent
Newsletter signup uses double opt-in: you confirm by email before we send anything. Every email contains an unsubscribe link, and you can withdraw your consent at any time.
Storage and sharing
Data is stored on EU-hosted infrastructure and shared only with the processors we need to run the site and send email. We keep contact messages and subscriptions only as long as they serve the purpose above.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and object to processing. Write to hello@anclab.se and we will respond. You may also lodge a complaint with the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY).
