How Anclab handles personal data collected through this website.
Who we are
Anclab AB (org.no 559591-0638), Mässans gata 10, 412 51 Göteborg, Sweden, is the controller for personal data collected through this website. Contact us at hello@anclab.se.
What we collect
Only what you give us: your name, email address and message when you use a contact form. We also process basic, aggregated traffic data to understand how the site is used.
Why we use it
To answer your enquiry and to keep the site secure and working. We do not sell your data and we do not use it for profiling or advertising.
Job applications
When you apply through this site we collect your name, email address, CV, and anything you choose to add — a LinkedIn address and a message. We use it only to handle your application and to contact you about it. Your CV and application are stored in our own recruitment system on infrastructure in Sweden, never in this website's database, and we keep them for 24 months after the hiring decision. If you tick the box for future roles, we keep your application in our talent pool for 12 months and then delete it unless you renew your consent; you can withdraw it at any time by writing to opportunity@anclab.se. To keep automated spam out, the form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which processes technical data about your browser on our behalf. You can always ask us for a copy of your data, or for it to be corrected or deleted — write to opportunity@anclab.se.
Storage and sharing
Data is stored on EU-hosted infrastructure and shared only with the processors we need to run the site and send email. We keep contact messages only as long as they serve the purpose above.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and object to processing. Write to hello@anclab.se and we will respond. You may also lodge a complaint with the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY).
Cookies
We use only what is needed to make the site work, plus aggregated, privacy-preserving analytics. You can clear cookies at any time in your browser.
